What is Scrum?
2-Week Sprints
We develop software in short, 2-week sprints. Each sprint focuses on a set of “user stories” – functional chunks that together form the final product. This approach makes it easier for us to make accurate time estimates and for you to clearly see which components are being delivered.
User stories
The wants and needs of your users are captured in user stories: simple, non-technical descriptions such as “As a user, I want to be able to log in to the application”. These stories are prioritized together with you and provided with a rough time estimate.

At the end of each sprint, we present the delivered functionalities in a test environment. After your final approval, these components are ready for go-live. This way, you always know exactly what to expect.

The Zero-Sprint
The first sprint, the so-called zero-sprint, lays the foundation for the project. In this phase:
You map out all desired functionalities and user stories.- You set the priorities together with us.
- Together we determine the minimum viable product (MVP), i.e., the core functionalities that are essential for the first go-live.
- We set up the scrum board and plan the subsequent sprints.
At the end of these two weeks, we will have jointly drawn up a project plan, including an indication of the total project duration and costs. During this sprint, we halve our hourly rate and if the project plan gets the green light, we waive the costs entirely!
